Scheduling online and check-in was so easy. Staff very welcoming in front. Kelly did a great job. Needles always makes me nervous but Kelly was understanding and helped kept me calm. Terrie, NP, was great because she really did listen to my concerns. I hope I never have to visit again but if I did, I would definitely come back to this location. I would definitely recommend!!

I have nothing but good things to say about priority urgent care. This is my fourth time driving all the way from New Haven and everytime IT WAS WORTH IT. Friendly staff. Clean environment. No wait time and the doctor was so attentive and empathetic to my concern's🥹.VERY SINCERE AND GENUINE as I know bs when I see it. Lol. Hands down! The best urgent care in Connecticut. Yes! Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again
