Bill of Sale – If you are buying to selling a vehicle let us help you! We prepare and notarize all the required documents, transfer ownership, and instantly issue a license plate to the new owner! We will need the buyer(s), the seller(s), the original title, buyer’s proof of insurance (if they want a plate at the time of transfer), and valid government issued identification for both parties. Act of Donation – If you are gifting (donating) a vehicle to a friend or family member we would love to help you! An Act of Donation must be executed before a Notary and in the presence of two witnesses (which we provide) and is done when you wish to transfer ownership of a vehicle with no monetary exchange, which means the recipient will not pay any sales tax. We will need the donor(s)(current owner(s)), the donee(s)(new owner(s)),the original title, buyer’s proof of insurance (if they want a plate at the time of transfer), and valid government issued identification for both parties.

Heirship – If you have inherited a vehicle and are looking to sell it or title it to yourself, have you purchased a vehicle from the family of a deceased owner? We are happy to help. These can be some of the more difficult transfers because every situation can vary significantly, give us a call and we will ask a few questions to understand the specifics of your situation, then we will help you with how to proceed.

REAL ID – If you do not have and would like to get the REAL ID (https://www.dhs.gov/real-id/about-real-id) we will need your original birth certificate or unexpired US passport, original SS card or recent 1099 or W2, and two proofs of your physical address. Address Update – Update address on your license or ID quickly and easily, we will need a proof of your new address such as a utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage papers, bank statement, insurance bill, medical bill etc.

TIP to Permit – We can convert your Temporary Instructional Permit (TIP) to a Class E learner’s permit. You’ll need , proof of completed driver’s education course and written exam in a sealed envelope, an original certified birth certificate, Social Security card, and if you’re a minor your parent or legal guardian, along with their ID, custody agreement if that applies to your situation, two pieces of mail with the parent or guardians name who is with you, and proof of insurance.

Permit to License – Easily convert your learner’s permit to a first time driver’s license. You’ll need your current learner’s permit, original certified birth certificate, Social Security card, sealed road skills test results, and your parent/legal guardian, along with their ID, custody agreement if that applies to your situation, two pieces of mail with the parent or guardians name who is with you, and proof of insurance.

Renewal – Renew your driver’s license or state-issued identification card in just a few minutes! Please note that if your license has already expired (if it is your birthday your license is considered expired) OR you are changing your address you will need one piece of mail with your name and your correct physical address. There’s no need to set aside a whole day for renewal – we’ll take care of your renewal fast!

Cars, SUVs, and Vans valued at less that $10,000 are typically around $43.00 for renewal, Motorcycles are approximately $35.00, Trucks vary depending on their GVWR (loaded weight) 6,000 pounds or less is around $63.00 while trucks 6,001 pounds to 10,000 are $135.00. Please note these prices can vary depending on the expiration date of you last renewal and many other factors, please give us a call with any specific questions.
